Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Mango Diced
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 3 Scallions Sliced
  • 1/2 Pack Coriander
  • 1tsp Chilli Flakes or 1 Fresh
  • Chilli
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Method:

Mix everything in a bowl and serve.

Tip: Substitute Mango for Pineapple

Delicious with Crab Cake Salad, Poached Fish, Chicken Salad bowls, Noodle Salad bowls, Buddha Bowls or simply use as a condiment with BBQ Meat & Fish
